Objectives

1. To enrich and, supplement the classroom social studies course by means of filmed and videotaped tours of interesting places and events
2. To enlarge the student's knowledge and understanding of his world
3. To develop in the student the desire for further investigation of his environment
4. To develop the student's concepts of human and natural resources

This series presents the primary child with vicarious experiences related to many of the things that this age child sees and wonders about in the world around him. It presents filmed and videotaped 'field trips" to places and visits with personalities that the child does not normally have a chance to visit or meet.
