Go On-Line 1 Sixty-Minute Program GET READY, GET SET, GO ON-LINE, shows that there are no right answers, just right questions, and helps you ask the questions that will get your classroom, school, or district wired. The program provides an overview of the effective use of the Internet in the classroom. Reports from these schools, one already on-line, one preparing to go on-line, and one in the planning stages, provide practical hands-on information and advice. The program also provides specific technical and detailed cost information on the following topics:
Teacher Guide: A 4-6 page guide is being written summarizing the video with lists of questions that should be asked in designing, installing, and operating an on-line system in a school building or district. Vocabulary list will also be included This program was developed in consultation with MIT's Research Program on Communications Policy. |
