| SETQuest 17 Fifteen-Minute Programs (including 5 New Programs) SETQuest encourages students to explore a wide range of career opportunities on science, enoineering and technology (SET). Through "at-the-workplace" video profiles, students meet a diverse group of professionals - and experience challenges and requirements of their work in an honest, thoughtprovoking, and highly personal presentation. Students meet professionals and spend a day "onthe-job" with them. They learn which aspects of their jobs are particularly interesting and which challenge their patience. Students discover what attracted then to their work and what training they needed to pursure their goals. Programs are non-sequential. Teacher Guide: The print component is a carefully researched guide providing concise information about dozens of possible careers - from post-high school entrylevel to post-graduate degree occupations, including: career description, education requirements, employment outlook, salary range, and where to obtain more information about these careers.
